Lead the introduction of new products from R&D to manufacturing. Manage BOMs, engineering change orders, and production releases. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturing readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI activities throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring on-time transfer of new products from development to manufacturing.
- Serve as the primary R&D point of contact for manufacturing and service.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service organizations.
- Manage BOM structures, configuration control, engineering change orders, and release activities.
- Drive manufacturing readiness through beta builds, material planning, risk management, and production release execution.
Requirements
- BSc in mechanical engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent Engineering/Scientific field.
- 3+ years of experience in new product introduction, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, Product Engineering, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of PLM system.
- Demonstrated project and program management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
