Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer

Support and continuously improve manufacturing execution systems and workflows, develop data dashboards, integrate enterprise systems, and lead process improvement initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) functionality and provide creative solutions for operations system issues.
  • Implement and maintain manufacturing workflows, routings, and Final Integration Procedures within MES and related platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and digital technologies to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.
  • Work across SAP, MES, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and seamless process execution.
  • Support system integration initiatives and process automation projects.
  • Partner with global teams to prioritize activities, resolve issues, and implement system improvements.
  • Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Drive cross-functional activities through influence, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, manufacturing systems, or related environments.
  • Experience with MES platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • High proficiency and practical experience with AI tools and digital assistants such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar technologies.
  • Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with remote teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
