Seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join the Israel coverage team in Tel Aviv. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation, M&A, capital raising, and client advisory. Requires 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of Hebrew is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and analyze financial models
- Perform company valuation analysis
- Participate in M&A transactions and capital raising including IPOs and private placements
- Prepare client presentations and analyze industry trends
- Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for transactions
- Lead due diligence processes and participate in legal documentation negotiations
- Maintain client communication and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of investment banking or equivalent experience
- Outstanding academic and professional achievement
- Excellent communication and pro-active client service skills
- Strong team orientation with ability to work across multiple groups and regions
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Commitment to work and live in Israel and engage in the local ecosystem
