Responsible for managing daily IT infrastructure operations, leading a team of system administrators, PC technicians, cyber and communication specialists, and ensuring 24/7 system availability. Oversee projects, vendor relationships, and knowledge management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily, periodic, and maintenance tasks for system, PC, cyber, and communication teams.
- Prepare work plans and manage IT infrastructure projects.
- Oversee license management and tracking.
- Lead a team of experts across virtual servers, storage, networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
- Manage knowledge sharing and documentation within the team.
- Maintain continuous vendor relationships and oversee installations.
- Ensure full system availability 24/7.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field (required).
- High-level English proficiency.
- 10+ years of proven experience managing infrastructure teams and multiple tasks.
- Extensive knowledge in server room setup and maintenance, and networking.
- Familiarity with information security, backup, virtualization, monitoring, storage, and server management systems.
- Experience working with software/hardware vendors and integration.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware).
