Seeking a Finance Systems Lead to own global financial systems (Zuora, NetSuite), manage billing operations, lead projects, and ensure compliance. Requires 5+ years experience, SQL, APIs, and cross-functional collaboration. Join a dynamic global team.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end monthly billing cycle and related workflows.
- Implement, administer, and support finance systems ecosystem (Zuora, NetSuite, integrations).
- Lead finance systems projects from requirements to delivery.
- Design and optimize financial processes with stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Billing Ops, Product, R&D, Data, and BI teams.
- Ensure governance, internal controls, and audit compliance.
- Maintain documentation and mentor team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing financial information systems in a global environment (SaaS/High-Tech preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or NetSuite Financials.
- Proficiency with SQL, REST APIs, and iPaaS integration tools.
- Strong project delivery background using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
