Responsible for end-to-end management of site facilities including building maintenance, non-production infrastructure, and support services. Lead maintenance programs, manage budgets, suppliers, and staff, ensuring high standards of safety and service.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall site services including cleaning, catering, transportation, and clothing
- Oversee building and non-production infrastructure maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drainage, gates, roads)
- Lead preventive and ongoing maintenance programs and address malfunctions
- Manage employees, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet service, quality, and safety targets
- Build and manage annual budget, lead procurement and tender processes, and manage contracts
- Ensure site appearance and employee welfare
- Collaborate across multiple interfaces and lead process improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil) or relevant field
- At least 5 years experience in managing building maintenance, infrastructure, or facility management at a large industrial site
- Experience managing employees and subcontractors
- Experience in budget management, procurement, and supplier relations
- Ability to manage in a multi-interface, multi-task environment
- High service awareness, systemic vision, and problem-solving skills
