A defense company is recruiting a manager to lead development and integration of automated test systems and advanced test stations.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of automated test systems and advanced test stations.
- Define and develop modular test architectures.
- Manage development teams and subcontractors, and lead integration processes and design reviews.
- Develop and implement test solutions on production lines and at customer sites.
- Plan and track work plans; coordinate with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Hardware Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and customers throughout the system lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience specifying, designing, and developing automated test systems.
- At least 3 years of experience leading processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience managing customer and subcontractor work, including developing work plans.
