Lead systems engineering for complex defense platforms, including requirements definition, architecture, subsystem interfaces, integration, testing, and lifecycle documentation at a customer site.
Responsibilities
- Define system requirements, architecture, and subsystem interfaces
- Integrate hardware, software, electronics, mechanics, and systemic processes
- Lead verification and validation, performance testing, and system qualification
- Collaborate with defense industries and IDF Ground Forces branches
- Manage engineering documentation throughout the system lifecycle
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering for complex systems
- Familiarity with sensors, communication systems, and control systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional tasks while engaging deeply with the technology
Nice to have
- Experience with armored fighting vehicles, defense, protection systems, or integrated platforms
- Experience working with IDF Ground Forces
