Lead systems engineering throughout the lifecycle of an advanced interceptor missile, coordinating requirements, design, interfaces, integration, verification, validation, and testing with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering activities across the development lifecycle
- Write and manage system requirements and technical specifications
- Review, validate, and approve system design documentation
- Define and manage interfaces between the interceptor and the wider defense system
- Participate in Integrated Product Teams and system design reviews
- Support system integration, verification, validation, and live system testing
- Collaborate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience developing complex multidisciplinary systems
- Experience in missile systems development
- Professional experience in systems engineering
- Knowledge of missile technologies and launch systems
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering
- Experience with environmental qualification requirements
- Familiarity with verification and testing methodologies
