A networking hardware and software company is seeking a Senior System Validation Engineer to improve product quality through system validation, test automation, debugging, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware and software test verification and validation
- Improve test stability, coverage, design, and manufacturing processes for mass production
- Execute regression, performance degradation, functional, and security tests
- Track testing progress and prepare activity summary reports
- Troubleshoot and optimize testing procedures
- Support mass-production activities
- Debug production issues and implement solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Experience validating hardware and software
- Programming experience in Perl or Python
- Strong automation and scripting skills
- Ability to understand large Python codebases and derive unit tests
- Knowledge of simulation flows and test automation development
- Experience with product engineering, failure analysis, debugging, or hardware and test design
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Professional English communication skills

- Experience as a system validation engineer
- Experience with high-speed electrical testing and unit testing
- Background in production manufacturing flows
