Own strategic enterprise supermarket partnerships, optimize operations, and drive growth through data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end enterprise supermarket accounts, serving as primary business owner.
- Analyze business and operational performance to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Lead operational improvement initiatives with field stakeholders on picking times, rejections, and fulfillment quality.
- Train and onboard partners on operational tools and advanced platform capabilities.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and lead quarterly business reviews.
- Drive commercial and marketing initiatives including campaigns, assortment optimization, and storefront visibility.
- Handle escalations and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving.
- Conduct regular visits to supermarket branches to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor KPIs using BI tools and translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years in enterprise/B2B account management, retail operations, customer success, or consulting.
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills for independent data analysis and decision-making.
- Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
