Join a leading Israeli banking organization in a strategic client-facing role managing major business relationships, complex credit transactions, and new business opportunities. The position is based in Lod, Israel, at a rail-accessible campus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain ongoing relationships with major clients while expanding business activity.
- Develop new business and evaluate potential transactions.
- Lead, monitor, and control complex credit transactions.
- Work closely with clients, the business desk, and other internal stakeholders.
- Manage, support, and mentor analysts on the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field is required.
- More than five years of experience in credit is required.
- Significant experience managing large corporate clients is required.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with broad business judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Initiative, business development orientation, and negotiation ability.
- Ability to lead processes, tasks, and people.
Nice to have
- A master's degree in finance.
