Provide advanced clinical and technical support for electrophysiology procedures using cardiac mapping and ablation systems. Partner with physicians, laboratory staff, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders to support installations, adoption, training, and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures involving mapping, ablation, pulse-field, cryotherapy, generators, software, pumps, and disposables
- Deliver product education, in-service training, and procedural guidance to physicians and electrophysiology laboratory staff
- Support technology implementation, system installation, and customer adoption with technical and commercial partners
- Develop clinical workflows that improve procedural efficiency and customer outcomes
- Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues with field service engineers and cross-functional teams
- Maintain expert knowledge of the cardiac ablation portfolio, instructions for use, clinical evidence, and product developments
- Build customer relationships and provide feedback on product use, customer needs, and market insights
- Record customer activities in CRM systems and participate in territory planning, business reviews, and professional education events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, medical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a scientific discipline
- At least 3 years of clinical electrophysiology experience
- At least 2 years independently supporting electrophysiology mapping procedures
- Experience providing clinical support and training in electrophysiology laboratories
- Ability to obtain and maintain hospital vendor credentials
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- IBHRE certification or an equivalent credential
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences
- Experience supporting mapping and ablation technologies in customer-facing clinical settings
- Additional European language skills
- Proficiency with CRM and standard business software
