A leading Israeli bank is hiring a business relationship manager for its business center in Rehovot. The role combines client management, credit activity, business development, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous relationships with business clients and identify opportunities to expand activity
- Conduct client meetings and visits to deepen relationships and develop business
- Provide integrated banking solutions, including access to trading, securities, and foreign-currency services
- Manage credit requests, including transaction terms, negotiations, legal coordination, documentation quality, committee presentation, and timely submission
- Plan and manage client credit portfolios
- Prepare materials for ongoing committee discussions, including activity levels, collateral reviews, and current financial activity
- Monitor clients daily and handle cross-organizational reporting
- Respond to internal control functions
- Manage a team of business support specialists and define its work plans
- Acquire new clients and expand existing client activity through additional banking services
- Work Sunday through Thursday, 08:00–16:00, with willingness to work additional hours
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or accounting
- Experience with business credit regulations
- Management experience
- Experience managing business banking relationships at a bank or other financial institution
- Strong sales and service orientation
- Ability to present to large business clients and credit committees
- English proficiency
- Self-motivation, initiative, personal accountability, and collaborative working skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in economics or business administration with a finance specialization
