Business Development & Operations Manager
Lead business development, brand management, digital sales, and commercial operations for a portfolio of consumer brands with a strong digital presence. The role covers D2C sales channels and B2B/B2B2C partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage brand visibility, positioning, and digital presence across eCommerce websites, ordering platforms, social media, and customer clubs.
- Create marketing and commercial plans, monitor customer journeys, and identify conversion-rate improvement opportunities.
- Analyze sales and profitability performance, identify trends, and drive results against targets.
- Lead promotions, campaigns, seasonal activities, and product launches across distribution channels.
- Identify and manage partnerships with brands, platforms, customer clubs, companies, and organizations.
- Develop new revenue channels and commercial models, negotiate agreements, and manage partnerships through execution.
- Coordinate campaigns and commercial initiatives with Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams.
- Align commercial activity with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, and Information Systems teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, brand management, or business development within D2C, eCommerce, retail, or food and beverage companies.
- Strong commercial and financial skills, including budget management, sales reporting, data analysis, and profitability management.
- Proven experience developing and managing B2B and B2B2C commercial partnerships from concept through execution.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing, eCommerce platforms, and social media.
- High independence, entrepreneurial thinking, and an interest in innovation and brand building.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Experience in culinary, restaurant, FMCG, or delivery industries.
- Experience with BI systems, analytical dashboards, order management, or POS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
