A food manufacturing business is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead strategic planning, supply chain execution, and an analyst team across multiple planning horizons.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning across multiple time horizons and contribute to business-unit strategy.
- Manage proactive planning processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate strategy into annual and functional work plans, including KPIs and KBIs.
- Lead supply chain strategy execution and promote best practices.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts through coaching, mentoring, and methodology implementation.
- Build effective partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Strengthen planners’ role as business partners by connecting planning activities with business challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning.
- Management experience and a record of leading multidisciplinary processes.
- Deep knowledge of S&OP, RCCP, optimization, and productivity processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced planning tools.
- Willingness to travel between northern and central Israel.
Nice to have
- Experience in food or consumer products.
- SAP experience.
- Advanced planning and Office tools.
- Experience developing cross-functional partnerships.
