A growing semiconductor company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee supply chain activities from production through customer delivery, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and speed.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
- Work with other departments to address operational gaps.
- Balance cost management with business growth and prepare reports.
- Create long-term schedules and maintain sufficient inventory to meet demand.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role.
- At least 4 years of supply chain management experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with major semiconductor companies, including TSMC, ASE, and Amkor, as well as test houses and qualification labs.
