Supply Chain Manager – Subcontractor Operations

Manage subcontractor operations and supply chain activities from product development through customer delivery and mass production. The role is based on-site in Karmiel and includes travel to subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor work plans, forecasts, Kanban processes, and performance reports
- Manage inventory in forward warehouses operated by subcontractors
- Coordinate subcontract manufacturing activities with subcontractors
- Track NPI projects, resolve issues, and ensure schedule adherence
- Set strategic objectives and manage subcontractor forecasts
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and internal and external warehouse teams
- Work with suppliers and customers in Israel and abroad
- Visit subcontractor sites as required
- Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Industrial Engineering and Management technician qualification or a relevant bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in project or program management within an electronics subcontracting company
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Understanding of electronics or electromechanical fields
- High-level English
- Strong systems thinking and ability to learn in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Priority ERP
- Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma methods
