Lead inventory management, capacity planning, forecasting, and supply chain improvement initiatives for operations in Israel. The role works across regional functions to optimize service, capacity, and delivered cost.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute inventory management strategies and supporting tools for Israel
- Oversee capacity planning within the strategic business planning process
- Optimize long-term capacity plans and collaborate on mid-term planning to reduce delivered costs and meet service requirements
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations on regional supply chain initiatives
- Coordinate supply chain collaboration across regional functions
- Support safety stock management and annual inventory reduction activities
- Review, refresh, and analyze monthly master production schedule files
- Promote standardized capacity planning processes and best practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in operations planning within FMCG
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial and management engineering or a related field
- Experience in supply chain forecasting and planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Expertise with information management tools
- Ability to influence decisions across functions and senior management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
