Lead strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, commercial negotiations, and supply chain initiatives across global markets for advanced communication, aerospace, defense, and tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and supplier management strategies
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with global suppliers and manufacturers
- Identify, evaluate, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and Design-to-Cost initiatives
- Analyze global supply markets, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- Build long-term supplier partnerships and conduct performance reviews
- Lead supplier continuous improvement programs
- Mitigate supply chain risks and maintain continuity of critical technologies and materials
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, programs, quality, and business development teams
- Connect supplier technical capabilities with new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, industrial engineering, business, supply chain management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or business development within a technology-driven industry
- Experience leading high-value negotiations and complex commercial agreements
- Technical knowledge of precision mechanics, machining technologies, composite materials, mechanical structures, assemblies, or electromechanical manufacturing
- Fluent Hebrew and excellent written and spoken English
- Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
