Senior Technology Procurement Partner

Join a global procurement team supporting technology hardware, engineering, new-product introduction, and manufacturing activities. Own strategic sourcing, supplier performance, negotiations, cost optimization, and supply continuity from early development through serial production.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement for technology and direct-material categories, including electronics, PCBs, electromechanical assemblies, mechanical parts, cables, enclosures, and contract manufacturing.
- Partner with Engineering and NPI teams on early supplier involvement, technology decisions, supplier selection, and sourcing strategy.
- Manage RFQs and RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, minimum order quantities, tooling, capacity, and long-term agreements.
- Build strategic relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and total-cost-of-ownership initiatives with Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
- Support NPI programs from prototypes and initial sourcing through first article inspection, ramp-up, and serial production.
- Coordinate engineering changes, alternative materials, and second-source qualification with Engineering and suppliers.
- Monitor supplier cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness, and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Identify supply risks and develop mitigation, alternative-supplier, and business-continuity plans.
- Align supplier capacity and material availability with Planning and Supply Chain requirements.
- Use ERP, procurement, analytics, and automation tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in direct procurement, technology procurement, or strategic sourcing within a technology or manufacturing environment.
- Experience sourcing electronics, PCB/PCBA, electromechanical and mechanical components, cables, machining, and contract manufacturing services.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and NPI teams throughout product development and industrialization.
- Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills, including significant supplier-spend management.
- Experience with supplier selection, supplier management, cost reduction, and value engineering.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, ECO processes, lead times, and supply-chain constraints.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken Hebrew and English.

- Experience with ERP, procurement, and business intelligence systems.
- Experience promoting procurement automation, analytics, or AI-based tools.
