Lead strategic planning, budgeting, operational control, analytics, systems management, and continuous improvement across logistics and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and budgeting for logistics operations.
- Plan, monitor, and develop logistics activities and warehouse operations.
- Analyze data and establish operational performance metrics.
- Create work plans and translate them into effective field execution.
- Manage logistics information systems, including ERP and WMS platforms.
- Lead tenders and manage a team of employees.
- Drive cross-organizational projects, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support operational excellence across the logistics supply chain.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management, economics, logistics, or business administration.
- At least five years of management experience in operations, planning, or supply chain functions.
- Experience managing teams of managers and employees.
- Experience developing work plans, management reports, executive presentations, specifications, and operational documents.
- Experience with operational planning and control.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and other logistics systems.
- Proficiency with organizational data analysis systems, including BI and BW.
- Advanced Excel skills.

- A master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or industrial engineering.
- Experience leading cross-organizational projects and improvement initiatives.
