Lead global procurement strategy and the full procure-to-pay lifecycle for a sovereign AI and cyber-defense company serving government customers. Build scalable processes, improve governance and purchasing visibility, and manage technology and hardware procurement worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop global procurement strategy, policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Lead procurement system implementation and integration with an ERP system.
- Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle, including budgeting, sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, contracting, and cost reduction.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and secure favorable commercial terms.
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and service delivery.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and other internal stakeholders.
- Develop procurement metrics and spending insights to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Train internal stakeholders on procurement policies, processes, and systems.
- Manage ad hoc contracting requests, renewals, and ongoing contracting needs.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in a relevant global procurement management role, including procurement of multiple software solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing procurement processes and procurement tools.
- Proven experience developing global procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong contract negotiation and worldwide supplier relationship management experience.
- Deep knowledge of technology-market vendors.
- Professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.
- Strong project management, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zip and NetSuite integration.
- Experience procuring hardware and negotiating framework agreements with original equipment manufacturers.
