Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement readiness for new product introduction, production ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing in a semiconductor environment.
Responsibilities
- Own supply chain and procurement readiness throughout the NPI phase and transition to mass production
- Ensure material readiness for production ramp-up and full-scale manufacturing
- Identify and resolve supply constraints, lead-time risks, and BOM gaps
- Lead cross-functional readiness reviews with engineering, operations, contract manufacturing, and procurement stakeholders
- Monitor single-source parts and develop escalation strategies for dual- or multi-manufacturer sourcing
- Partner with planning and business units on demand analysis across NPI and high-volume production portfolios
- Deploy BI and AI solutions to improve contract manufacturer reporting, supply-demand alignment, and predictive decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain management within a semiconductor OEM environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, NPI cycles, and materials planning systems
- Technical knowledge of semiconductor materials and contract manufacturing processes
- Understanding of ERP/MRP systems, AI-enabled tools, and supply chain data analysis platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
