A global beauty-products company is seeking a Planning Specialist to lead supply planning and inventory management, improve forecast accuracy, and support data-driven operational decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end planning and inventory management processes.
- Build and improve sales forecasts and inventory plans.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into business actions.
- Challenge assumptions and optimize planning processes.
- Coordinate forecasts and operational targets across Supply Chain, Account Management, R&D, and Finance.
- Support data-driven decision-making in a fast-moving operational environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in planning and inventory management.
- Experience building sales forecasts in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
- Experience with forecasting tools or planning systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, including analysis of large datasets.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience in cosmetics or FMCG.
- Experience with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
