An industrial facility is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate infrastructure projects, assets, equipment procurement, facilities, and operational processes. The role involves cross-functional work with headquarters teams, quality and safety functions, and factory departments.
Responsibilities
- Support, advance, and monitor construction and industrial infrastructure projects with headquarters teams
- Track and control assets against management targets
- Plan, manage, and monitor procurement of industrial computing equipment
- Analyze shared allocations and annual plans
- Conduct laboratory reviews with quality and safety teams
- Establish infrastructure for experiments and demonstrations
- Organize, manage, and control shared real estate resources
- Work with SAP and internal systems
- Manage multiple tasks under pressure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, or Industrial Management
- Demonstrated experience in logistics or operations processes
- Experience developing processes and improving methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Nice to have
- Previous experience in industrial engineering and management
- Experience with procurement processes and budget management
- SAP proficiency
