Lead supply chain execution for manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery targets, production and procurement planning, cost control, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support deal initiation and manage customer order intake
- Define production and procurement plans
- Lead, monitor, and execute production plans while assessing operational and financial impact
- Ensure supply quantities and schedules meet project requirements
- Coordinate closely with material planners
- Coordinate manufacturing, subcontractors, procurement, logistics, quality, manufacturing systems engineering, and business-unit stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and cost targets
- Initiate and lead efficiency, cost-reduction, and continuous-improvement processes
Requirements
- At least two years of practical experience leading supply chain projects, or at least three years of experience with an alternative educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, logistics, economics, or management, or a practical engineering diploma in industrial engineering and management
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and intensive environment
Nice to have
- Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and projects
- Familiarity with MRP systems
- Advanced English proficiency
