Responsibilities
- Own logistics execution within the assigned subdomain
- Monitor collaborative operational performance and resolve issues
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives with measurable business impact
- Drive adoption of advanced tools, automation, and AI-based solutions
- Manage projects end to end as a PMO lead
- Translate operational data into insights, actions, and improvements
- Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, quality, and support teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain
- Demonstrated ability to lead processes, projects, and improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in complex, high-volume operating environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across teams
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP or analytics tools
- Exposure to automation, digital systems, or AI use cases
- Semiconductor or manufacturing experience
