An industrial construction company is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics operations at its Kiryat Gat site.
Responsibilities
- Manage the site logistics operation from end to end.
- Lead driver, forklift operator, warehouse, and crane operator teams.
- Plan work schedules, assignments, and staffing according to site requirements.
- Coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and raw materials.
- Oversee warehouse operations, equipment receiving, and issuance.
- Coordinate cranes, deliveries, and transport equipment according to the work plan.
- Work with project managers, site managers, procurement teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor equipment and resource availability and address operational needs.
- Implement organization, procedures, and safety standards across logistics operations.
- Resolve real-time issues and manage tasks in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
Requirements
- Previous logistics or operations management experience at construction, industrial, or engineering project sites.
- Previous team management experience.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate employees.
- Operational mindset and ability to solve on-site problems.
Nice to have
- Experience managing drivers, forklift operators, warehouse workers, or crane operators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
