A defense manufacturing employer is seeking a junior operations integrator for an on-site, full-time role in Holon. The position supports new and existing programs by coordinating operational activities, supply processes, production, customer deliveries, and ERP workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational activities for new and existing programs.
- Monitor procurement, production, and customer delivery processes.
- Coordinate ERP processes with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Analyze bottlenecks and lead solutions to maintain the work plan.
- Work with managers and engineering and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, industrial management, logistics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Good English proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and learning skills, with an assertive and proactive approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems in an operational environment.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, particularly production and supply chain operations.
- Prior command or leadership background.
- Active civil security clearance; suitable candidates may complete the clearance process.
