Lead subcontractor and supplier management for aerospace manufacturing programs serving military and civil aviation. Own supply continuity, commercial performance, supplier risk, and cross-functional execution. The role is based in Lod, Israel and requires frequent international travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier managers and suppliers delivering parts for aerospace division projects
- Oversee deliveries, orders, and shipments
- Lead supplier risk-reduction activities and support development reviews, including PMR, PRR, and RRR processes
- Report delivery forecasts and supply risks to logistics stakeholders
- Lead procurement committees and supplier negotiations
- Ensure alignment with target cost models and deliver savings
- Integrate activities across organizational disciplines
- Monitor supply-chain KPI performance and define objectives and performance measures for supplier managers
- Lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and promote cross-functional collaboration
- Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational change
Requirements
- Israeli citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience managing subcontractors and supply chains
- At least 3 years of direct team leadership in an organization with more than 500 employees
- At least 3 years of supplier negotiation experience across machining, sheet metal, composite materials, and piping technologies
- High-level English
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel abroad frequently
