Lead procurement planning and control for an aerospace manufacturing division. The role oversees procurement controls, inventory planning, annual budgeting, risk management, analytics, and a team of analysts.
Responsibilities
- Lead procurement planning and control across the aerospace division
- Manage procurement cataloging and MRP controls
- Manage and develop a team of procurement analysts
- Train procurement employees on controls and procurement dashboards
- Analyze inventory reports and prepare inventory consumption forecasts
- Recommend inventory continuation, reduction, or disposal actions
- Lead inventory review committees, including excess inventory and write-offs
- Coordinate procurement risk management and MRP exception handling
- Identify root causes and implement corrective solutions with procurement leadership
- Prepare the annual procurement budget with business, procurement, and finance teams
- Define procurement KPIs and improve procurement processes through analytics and business intelligence tools
- Implement procurement analytics and reporting across procurement departments
Requirements
- Israeli citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, logistics, economics, or industrial management
- More than three years of professional experience in procurement planning and control
- Direct management experience supervising at least five employees
- Experience managing inventory valued at approximately $50 million annually
- More than three years of experience with SAP MM, EWM, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead teams, delegate authority, and drive cross-organizational change

- High-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- More than five years of matrix management experience in procurement
