EMS Subcontractor Manager
Manage day-to-day operations with EMS subcontractors, tracking production, materials, delivery commitments, and performance. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve constraints and keep production plans aligned with customer priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for EMS subcontractors and monitor their performance, responsiveness, production progress, delivery commitments, and material availability.
- Track shortages and production constraints, lead or participate in shortage meetings, and coordinate recovery plans and solutions.
- Work with Purchasing, Planning, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Sales to resolve issues and align production plans with customer priorities.
- Prepare EMS performance reports and KPIs, escalate risks, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, operations, manufacturing, procurement, or a related area.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and with ERP systems; Priority is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with EMS subcontractors or electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with production planning, material and inventory management, supply planning, shortages, and production constraints.
