Join a consumer goods manufacturer in Israel to lead end-to-end demand planning, stock control, forecasting, and regulatory planning across the market.
Responsibilities
- Plan and control demand and stock requirements in coordination with factories
- Lead an 18-month production forecast and monitor purchase orders against commercial plans
- Coordinate forecast-to-stock activities
- Support quality documentation, communications, and readiness timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional planning with logistics, finance, and other teams
- Manage end-to-end demand planning operations for the local market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, inventory management, or production planning
- Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and stock control across multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent Hebrew
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
