Temporary maternity-leave cover role supporting supply chain forecasting, product availability, service levels, and business planning in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning forecasting process
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain stakeholders
- Lead demand review meetings and participate in capacity planning and product development coordination
- Track forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory targets, and other operational KPIs
- Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and operational metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives supporting production capabilities, service levels, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field
- High level of English proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, service-oriented, and self-motivated approach
Nice to have
- SAP experience
- Experience with advanced information systems
