Manage end-to-end customer fulfilment operations across Israel for a global biopharmaceutical company. Coordinate supply chain execution, inventory, logistics partners, and customer delivery performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer fulfilment operations and coordinate Sales and Operations Execution activities
- Monitor inventory and identify potential shortages or out-of-stock situations up to four weeks in advance
- Make allocation, backorder prioritization, order adjustment, and substitution decisions during shortages
- Coordinate fulfilment activities with logistics partners and ensure timely, accurate deliveries
- Track fulfilment KPIs, analyze root causes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement
- Support month-end closing and prepare stock-in-trade and sell-in/sell-out reporting data
- Manage customer-impacting out-of-stock issues and support transparent customer communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in customer fulfilment, supply chain operations, or order management
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills, including KPI tracking, reporting, and scenario planning
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
