A manufacturing organization in northern Israel is seeking a Quality Lead to manage audit programs, quality compliance, and corrective actions for its assembly operations. This is a full-time, office-based role.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead audits with external bodies.
- Develop and lead internal audit programs.
- Monitor and control audit results.
- Close audit findings and verify corrective actions.
- Track regulatory updates, including CMRT, REACH, and RoHS requirements.
- Apply relevant standards, including AS9100, ISO 13485, NADCAP, and MIL-STD.
- Complete customer questionnaires.
- Collect data and lead management reviews.
- Write, prepare, and review quality reports and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; an engineering degree is preferred.
- At least three years of experience leading a quality function.
- Certification as an auditor.
- Knowledge of quality standards and audit practices.
- Experience conducting quality audits.
Nice to have
- Engineering degree preferred.
- CQE certification is a significant advantage.
