Plumber Lead

Lead plumbing personnel supporting construction and maintenance projects in Israel. The role combines field assessments, project planning, crew supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and customer support in demanding indoor and outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and provide technical assistance to plumbers
- Prioritize, assign, and schedule plumbing project work
- Conduct field surveys and initial assessments for potential construction projects
- Prepare bills of materials, work breakdown structures, labor-hour estimates, technical approaches, drawings, assumptions, and job safety analyses
- Monitor work in progress, procedures, sequencing, quality, deadlines, and plumbing code compliance
- Train and mentor personnel in construction methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies
- Record and report faults, deficiencies, hours worked, and materials used
- Supervise personnel and verify actual hours to control manpower expenditure
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Follow applicable construction standards, operating procedures, fire regulations, and safety policies
Requirements
- Approximately five years of combined plumbing trade experience
- Eligibility for, or ability to obtain, a Common Access Card
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator and host-nation driver’s licenses
- Proficient spoken English
- Understanding of equipment safety directives and policies
- Analytical problem-solving skills and basic computer skills
- Manual dexterity for installing equipment and related systems
- Ability to work collaboratively and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to work in extreme heat, dusty conditions, industrial environments, and other harsh conditions
- Ability to lift, stoop, climb, stand for extended periods, and use required personal protective equipment
