An advanced aerospace and defense manufacturing plant is seeking a facilities operations coordinator to support infrastructure, construction, maintenance, and shared resource activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with, advance, and monitor construction and facility infrastructure projects in coordination with divisional headquarters teams.
- Track and control the completion of maintenance requests.
- Organize, manage, and monitor shared real estate and communications infrastructure resources within the plant.
- Work with SAP and internal systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, or Industrial Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and methodical work habits.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience with logistics or operations processes.
- Familiarity with operations processes in construction and infrastructure projects.
- Experience with SAP.
