Lead business, operational and service performance across office, residential and mixed-use properties in a multi-asset real estate environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, service delivery and safety across multiple properties
- Lead site managers, operational teams, vendors and service providers
- Own budgets, profit and loss performance, financial controls and management reporting
- Ensure compliance with service-level standards, procedures, safety requirements and regulations
- Build relationships with property owners, tenants and residents
- Drive service excellence, operational improvements, innovation and sustainability initiatives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing income-producing properties or complex real estate environments
- Experience managing managers, operational teams, vendors and budgets
- Strong business and financial orientation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent Hebrew and good business English
- Strong leadership, service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
