Entry-level NOC operator role in a Jerusalem data center, monitoring IT infrastructure and electromechanical systems around the clock, responding to incidents, and coordinating escalations.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor IT systems, servers, communications, electromechanical infrastructure, and related systems
- Identify anomalies and operational incidents promptly
- Provide initial troubleshooting and incident response
- Coordinate escalation to relevant specialists, such as the chief engineer, site manager, or infrastructure technician, through resolution
- Support continuous service availability in a 24/7 data center operation
Requirements
- Technical student in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC, or an equivalent background, or relevant experience
- Practical technical aptitude, including familiarity with basic tools such as screwdrivers and power drills
- Full proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Good English
- Availability for 3–5 weekly shifts, including Saturdays and holidays
- Self-motivation, discipline, verbal communication, service orientation, and attention to detail

- Technical military service in technology, communications, ordnance, infrastructure, or a related area
