Responsibilities
- Monitor, control, and operate network systems, services, and infrastructure
- Manage systemic incidents and operational failures
- Monitor, document, and track exceptional events and technical incidents
- Provide updates and reports requiring management attention
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, infrastructure providers, other operators, emergency organizations, and defense authorities
- Work across interfaces within and outside the technology division
- Maintain awareness of the company’s overall network environment
Requirements
- Availability for 24/7/365 shift work
- Excellent interpersonal and service orientation
