Join a 24/7 NOC team responsible for monitoring and controlling computing environments, systems, and servers. The role provides real-time technical support to internal users and international customers and requires rotating shifts, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control computing environments, systems, and servers.
- Provide real-time technical support to internal users and customers in Israel and abroad.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
- Report to the systems and technical support manager.
- Work as part of a technical support team for real-time systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical support or help desk is required.
- High-level Hebrew and English communication skills.
- Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekend shifts, with morning shifts during the first six months of training.
- Willingness to commit to the role for one year.
- Service-oriented approach, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- High motivation, self-discipline, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience with infrastructure, server setup, and varied work environments.
- Experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, or Linux operating systems.
- Additional languages.
- Studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or electronics.
- Experience supporting real-time systems.
