Responsibilities
- Own the SEO business unit’s strategy, budget, roadmap, and performance.
- Develop and deploy AI-search optimization tactics across large volumes of digital assets.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of SEO specialists.
- Drive geo-targeted strategies for local search intent.
- Implement agile workflows and performance systems.
- Use data to improve search outcomes and business growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong experience with geo-targeted SEO and AI-powered tools.
- A proven record of managing large teams and developing talent.
- Understanding of P&L management and business operations.
- Demonstrated interest in automation and scalable solutions.
