Own marketing infrastructure, automation, technology, processes, and data strategy for a global B2B software company. Partner with growth, product marketing, demand generation, BI, and go-to-market teams across sales-led and product-led motions.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, lifecycle journeys, nurture programs, and multichannel campaigns
- Lead audience segmentation and ensure lead flow across sales-led and product-led funnels
- Design scalable campaign execution, lead management, and data governance processes
- Maintain lead-capture integrations and data enrichment strategies using internal and external sources
- Own data governance across marketing systems and CRM, including accurate and scalable data structures
- Translate business needs into operational solutions and align go-to-market teams on KPIs
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance and define measurement frameworks with BI and analytics teams
- Redesign workflows and implement AI-driven marketing operations solutions
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle, or growth operations within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Expertise in lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and omnichannel campaign processes
- Experience implementing marketing models such as SQL, intent, and MQL scoring
- Experience managing large-scale data flows across marketing systems and CRM
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
