Manage Meta campaigns from strategy through optimization, create short-form video and social creative, and use measurement data to improve leads, sales, and conversion funnels. Full-time, on-site position at the employer’s offices in Nesher, near Haifa.
Responsibilities
- Manage Meta campaigns end to end
- Develop data-driven campaign strategies and optimize performance
- Edit short videos and adapt creative for social networks
- Set up measurement using Pixel, GA4, and Tag Manager
- Analyze campaign performance and improve creative and conversion funnels
- Work directly with clients
- Use AI tools for research, content creation, video editing, and performance improvement
Requirements
- At least two years of experience managing Meta campaigns
- Proven experience generating leads or sales
- Ability to edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe
- Strong measurement, conversion tracking, and data analysis skills
- Analytical thinking, creativity, and marketing knowledge
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Ads
