A consumer food division is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its e-business activity, digital strategy, campaigns, customer data, CRM, and online assets. The role is based in the Hevel Modiin industrial area near Shoham, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Own the division’s e-business activity and lead its digital strategy.
- Manage social media and website assets, including strategy and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage data and CRM activities, including email marketing, automated customer journeys, and the consumer club.
- Implement generative AI tools in marketing workflows to improve content creation processes.
- Lead creative development and storyboard processes for commercial campaigns.
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize campaigns, including funnel design, KPI definition, and target delivery.
- Monitor performance, analyze data, produce reports, draw conclusions, and implement improvements.
- Manage organic search optimization for traditional and AI-based search engines, including GEO.
- Lead strategic initiatives and complex technology projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading high-budget digital media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital media, Google and Facebook advertising platforms, and SEO.
- Experience with measurement and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing reports.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Ability to lead processes and coordinate independently across internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Practical experience using AI tools for marketing strategy, creative development, and optimization.
- Familiarity with advanced marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
