Own and scale paid acquisition and growth marketing for a healthcare technology platform. Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns, improve conversion, manage budgets, and use data to drive efficient customer growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition and multi-channel campaigns
- Acquire customers through digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email, partnerships, and events
- Analyze user behavior and run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion rates
- Coordinate with Sales on B2B lead routing and handoffs
- Analyze marketing KPIs, identify opportunities, and report performance to senior management
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize return on investment
- Create and iterate advertising creative using AI tools
- Align marketing activity with product marketing and product launches
- Implement and manage marketing automation systems
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing or a similar role
- Demonstrated success driving measurable marketing results
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and reporting skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems creatively
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools for generating image, video, or copy-based advertising creative
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
