Own the growth and commercial performance of a growing Amazon marketplace channel, combining marketplace operations, performance marketing, strategy, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the Amazon marketplace channel end to end.
- Develop and execute growth strategies with responsibility for revenue, profitability, and commercial KPIs.
- Manage product listings, SEO, A+ Content, brand storefronts, pricing, promotions, and product launches.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Optimize keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign structures to improve profitability and advertising returns.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, rankings, reviews, competitors, market trends, and advertising performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase marketplace growth and channel performance.
- Coordinate demand forecasting, inventory availability, replenishment, and stock planning with Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Finance, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing and growing an Amazon marketplace business.
- Proven ownership of Amazon commercial strategy, marketplace operations, and advertising performance.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, keyword research, bidding, and optimization.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, including knowledge of revenue, profitability, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS.
- Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and marketplace operations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects from strategy through execution.

- Experience in consumer products, beauty, wellness, or e-commerce.
- Experience with the US Amazon marketplace.
