Event Marketing Manager (Part-Time)
Own the planning and delivery of a portfolio of in-person and digital events across Europe. This fully remote role is based in Israel and is approximately 24–32 hours per week, with occasional travel for selected events.
Responsibilities
- Own the event calendar from research and evaluation through planning, execution, lead management, and follow-up
- Identify and assess relevant HR, People, Mobility, and industry events across Germany, the DACH region, and Europe
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, vendors, booth logistics, promotional materials, shipping, travel, and accommodation
- Plan hosted roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, and meetups, including venues, catering, invitations, agendas, speakers, and hosting
- Deliver webinars and digital event programs with partners and customers, covering content, speakers, promotion, registration, and follow-up
- Drive attendance and lead generation through outreach, invitations, event engagement, and structured handovers to Sales
- Prepare internal teams with event briefings, materials, talking points, schedules, and shift plans
- Represent the organization at selected events and build relationships with prospects, partners, speakers, and industry contacts
- Align event activity with Marketing, Sales, and leadership priorities
- Evaluate event performance and improve attendance, engagement, lead quality, and effectiveness
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in German and English
- Strong organization and attention to detail while managing concurrent events, deadlines, vendors, and deliverables
- Proactive, independent approach to identifying, evaluating, booking, and delivering events
- Willingness to handle all aspects of event delivery, including logistics, hosting, and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to adapt and solve problems when plans change
- Strong project management, prioritization, communication, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with an international team
- Results-oriented approach focused on engagement, valuable events, and commercial objectives
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in event marketing, field marketing, B2B marketing, agency work, startups, working-student roles, or relevant personal projects
- Interest in technology-driven environments, particularly AI
